The Federation of Master Builders

The FMB is a trade association established over 60 years ago to protect the interests of small and medium-sized building firms - today it is the largest trade association in the UK building industry. Only those builders and specialists who can prove their skills and good business standing are accepted as members.

FMB builders work to a strict code of practice which they commit to every year designed to protect the customers which it serves. For additional peace of mind FMB members are able to offer customers an insurance backed MasterBond guarantee to cover the project works, policies start from as little as 1% of the project cost.

Trustmark

Trustmark Is a not for profit organisation, licensed by the government and supported by consumer protection groups to help consumers find reputable tradesmen. The Trustmark logo is a sign of local, trustworthy and reliable tradesmen operating to the Government endorsed standards.

We are monitored and inspected against these recognised standards including our technical skills, quality of work, customer care and good health and safety practices.

The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme

CHAS is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. It is a non-commercial scheme available to suppliers (those who provide goods and services) and to organisations (buyers) looking for suitably competent suppliers.

NICEIC Domestic Installer

As an approved NICEIC domestic installer you can be assured of our technical capability to carry out electrical installations that they are accepted by Local Building Control Departments and comply with the Building Regulations Part P.

Recognised for the quality and compliance of our work we are able to self-certify our domestic electrical installation work and provide you with a 6 year insurance backed warranty at no extra cost.
