We have built single new builds for a number of clients over the years and are able to offer that personal service only available from a small, local and well regarded building company.
We can either help through a Design, Planning and Build project providing our direction and expertise from design stage or by using your own architects drawings, just show us the plot of land!
Thorough preparation before works commence is paramount for a new build project. Upon your confirmation to proceed with Rayners we will prepare a full timings schedule with key target dates for the works through to completion.
We will also share with you our contract terms and conditions based on those from the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) for you to sign and also agree stage payments for your project upfront.
You will be assigned a key lead throughout your project who will be your point of contact for any updates or queries. They will keep you informed of timings and progress throughout.
Your key lead will also liaise with your architect if required and arrange all building control inspections through to project completion
Our 25 years in the business has allowed us to form strong partnerships with our preferred suppliers to generate efficient cost savings that we can pass onto our customers.
This also means we can find just about any finish, style, colour and texture of any material you may want so we can fully bespoke the required specification for your new home.
In addition, we can offer a variety of sustainable building materials to improve the energy efficiency of your new home.
